ADHD Life Online is a personal project by Victor and Maria Grösser. We share courses, tools, and an AI coach for adults with ADHD.

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you're struggling, please talk to a qualified professional. The AI coach is a support tool, not a therapist.

Your account

Keep your login credentials safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't use the platform to harass others or generate harmful content.

Content

The courses and articles are ours. You're welcome to share links freely. Please don't copy the full content to your own site.

Payments and refunds

Free courses stay free. Paid programs, when available, are billed once at purchase. As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal — unless you started the digital content and expressly waived that right at checkout.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a big change, we'll let you know by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
