Short version

We collect only what we need to run the platform. We never sell your data. You can delete your account and everything with it at any time by emailing us.

What we store

• Your email and display name (to sign you in)
• Which courses you enrolled in and which lessons you completed
• Your AI coach conversations (so you can return to them)
• Basic technical logs for security and debugging

AI conversations

Messages you send to the AI coach are processed by our AI provider to generate a reply. We do not use your conversations to train models. They are visible only to you.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no ads.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@adhdlifeonline.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
