Our story

Built by a dad with ADHD — and the wife who kept believing in him.

Hi, I'm Victor Grösser. I'm a father, a partner, and — like an estimated 5% of adults — I have ADHD. For most of my life I thought I was just lazy, disorganized, or "too much." Diagnosed late, like so many of us.

Once I understood what my brain was actually doing, everything shifted. Not overnight. Not by magic. Through years of experiments, small systems, honest failures, and the patient support of one very extraordinary person.

That person is my wife Maria Grösser. She's the one who noticed the patterns before I could name them. She's the one who gently asked the questions no one else asked. She's the reason this project exists.

Why we built this

When you finally understand your ADHD, you go looking for help — and find either dense clinical material or productivity advice written for brains that work differently from yours. Most of it quietly assumes you'll remember, stay consistent and never lose the thread.

ADHD Life Online is what we wish we'd had years ago: free, calm and practical help that meets you where you are — on a good day and on a messy one. All in one place, in plain English.

What we believe

  • No shame, ever

ADHD is not a character flaw. Everything here is written for people who have heard "just try harder" far too often.

  • Small steps that fit a real day

Short lessons, one idea at a time, and tools you can start using in five minutes — not a 40-step system you abandon by Thursday.

  • Plain English

No jargon walls. If a concept matters, we explain it simply and show what it looks like in everyday life.

  • Lived experience, honestly shared

We share what worked for us and what didn't. We're not doctors, and we'll always say so.

For partners and families, too

ADHD never lives in just one person. It shapes mornings, conversations, the mental load at home and how a family pulls together. Maria's side of our story is a big part of this project: if you love someone with ADHD, you're welcome here as well.

A quick, honest note

ADHD Life Online shares lived experience and practical tools. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a diagnosis or treatment by a qualified professional. If you're struggling, please reach out to your doctor or a local support service.
